Reprinting an Orientation Completion Certificate
(Quizzes & Attestations)
You will need your specific QUIZ Username and Password that you created when you first took the quiz. Use the button below to return to the quiz management system. This link will open in a new browser window/screen so you can toggle between windows to reprint your certificate.

This Resource page is used by all TCPS Orientation users!
Step 1
Go to the Quiz Management System. You will need your personal quiz username and password to access this system.
Step 2
Click on the My Transcript & Certificates icon on the QMS Learner Home page. The screen will display all quizzes that you have taken. Select the Quiz Name of the certificate you need to reprint.
Step 3
Select the quiz you want to print the certificate for using the radio button next to the quiz name. Click on the PRINT CERTIFICATE icon to retrieve your certificate. Adobe PDF Reader is required to view and print the certificate. You will have the option of opening the file or saving it to your computer. To print the certificate, you will need to OPEN the certificate and have print capabilities with your computer.
